This is a delicate & refreshing white oolong tea from Rohini Tea Estate, we have named this tea Moonlight White Oolong because it is mostly processed like any other white tea except that it is fixed & gently rolled at the end. This whole-leaf tea appears brownish in colour with lots of golden tips that brew into an orangish-yellow cup. This tea has a well-layered delicate flavour profile with a natural sweetness. It is very smooth & mellow to drink and dominated by floral notes accompanied by hints of white and pink fruits.
