This is completely a new & unique Darjeeling tea which can only find in Gopaldhara Tea Estate. It is made from Japanese bushes planted at the tea estate stretching from 5500 to 7000 feet. The tea has dark green dry leaves with few tips that gives a very light-bodied clean & refined yellow liquor cup. The teas are very mildly oxidised & delicately processed to induce minimal damage to the whole leaves. The texture is very citrus & herbaceous. You can easily feel the prominent fruity & umami flavour with the notes of olive & apricot. It leaves behind a pleasant and lingering aftertaste.
